Lyonnaise Potatoes

Lyonnaise Potatoes are crispy and indulgent. They are a French Dish of thinly sliced potatoes pan fried with thinly sliced onions & parsley.

Lyonnaise Potatoes

To make these, start by thinly slicing your russet potatoes. Next, boil them in a pot until soft. You don’t want them mushy, so be sure to keep an eye on them.

Next, transfer the potatoes to a skillet on med-high heat.

Slice your onions thinly as well. Add them to the skillet. Sautee with 3 Tbsp of butter on high until potatoes are browned.

Finally, chop up some parsley and toss it in with your potatoes. They are ready to serve!

And they are oh so good! In fact, these potatoes are perfect for Breakfast or Dinner. Try pairing them with Filet Mignon, or these super tender Grilled Pork Chops with Apple Bacon Jam!
