Lyonnaise Potatoes are crispy and indulgent. They are a French Dish of thinly sliced potatoes pan fried with thinly sliced onions & parsley.
Lyonnaise Potatoes
To make these, start by thinly slicing your russet potatoes. Next, boil them in a pot until soft. You don’t want them mushy, so be sure to keep an eye on them.
Next, transfer the potatoes to a skillet on med-high heat.
Slice your onions thinly as well. Add them to the skillet. Sautee with 3 Tbsp of butter on high until potatoes are browned.
Finally, chop up some parsley and toss it in with your potatoes. They are ready to serve!
