Patriotic Pudding Pops

These Fourth of July inspired Pudding Pops only require 3 Ingredients! They just so happen to be dairy free as well. Perfectly red, white, and blue! Check out the recipe below! They also freeze super quickly, so they can be ready within an hour or two!

We made these for the Fourth and they were a big hit! Super yummy and festive.

You can purchase any flavor of pudding that is white (or yellow even) for the base of this. I bought French Vanilla. You can make these with regular milk or almond milk! Next, you’ll need food coloring – red and blue to be exact! And finally you can add some extra flavor if you wish , I did this in the form of Almond Extract because I love the flavor!

My son helped me make these, and this is definitely a kid friendly recipe! Simple – no “cooking” required! Read on for the step by step process!

Patriotic Pudding Pops

Whisk the dry pudding mix w/ the almond milk in a large bowl.
Next, divide the mixture into three separate bowls.
Add blue coloring to one bowl. Stir. Add red coloring to the next bowl (Optional:add Almond Extract to this bowl as well).

Stir. Leave the last bowl as is.
Using a popsicle mold layer each color starting with the Red. Freeze just the red for about 15-20 minutes until it’s a little bit thick. To prevent colors from mixing!
Then pour the Blue mixture on top of the red. Add your White mixture on top of that.
Place your lid on and the popsicle sticks straight in to the top. Place them in the freezer for about 2 hours!

Once, they’re frozen solid they’re ready to enjoy! If you have any trouble getting them out of the mold just run it under a little warm water for a few minutes and it should come right out!
