Coffee meets pumpkin in this Fall inspired twist on a classic cocktail! This Pumpkin White Russian is made with a special pumpkin cream and it’s sure to hit the spot!

Typically, White Russians are made with Kahlua (a coffee liqeuer), Vodka, and Cream. To make this version I used Kahlua, Tito’s Vodka, Pumpkin Puree, Heavy Cream, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Vanilla, Cinnamon, & Sugar!
Pumpkin White Russian
Start by making the Pumpkin Cream. In a small bowl combine Pumpkin Puree or Canned Pumpkin with Heavy Whipping Cream, Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, and Confectioner’s Sugar.

Use a whisk to whip it up! You should be able to achieve a nice thick, consistency. If it’s too thin add a little more sugar. Set aside.
Next, fill your glass with ice. Pour in the Kahlua, and then the Vodka.

Top with the Pumpkin Cream!

Finally, sprinkle a little Cinnamon on top!
Tip: Keep any extra Pumpkin Cream in the fridge for up to 3 days, and add it to your morning coffee!

Use as much as you'd like, but stop when you reach the top - so as not to overflow! Finally, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.Pumpkin White Russian
