Today I’m making Roasted Ranch Seasoned Broccoli. Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables because it’s so good for you! It’s filled with all kinds of vitamins and nutrients. Plus, roasted vegetables are so easy because you can prep them and then let the oven do the work!
Roasted Ranch Seasoned Broccoli
To make this broccoli , pre heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Wash your broccoli and break it into smaller pieces. Slice the broccoli again length wise.
Line a pan with parchment paper. Coat your broccoli with olive oil.
Next, sprinkle it with crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Then liberally sprinkle the broccoli pieces with ranch seasoning. Lay them in an even layer on the parchment paper.
Bake the broccoli for about 25 minutes. Turning the pan halfway though to ensure they cook evenly.
The broccoli stalks will start to get more tender and the broccoli crowns will get a little crispy.
When they are soft and have browned they are ready to eat! The perfect side dish for any meal. This broccoli is so good even my son eats them right up!

Preserving Its Freshness
Did you know fresh broccoli can go bad as quickly as 1-2 days? The best way to keep it fresher for longer is to place it in a cup of water. Basically think – flowers in a vase. Take your broccoli crown and place it right in your cup as if it were a beautiful bouquet! Then put it in the fridge. This will help prolong the freshness!
